Donna Smith is a licensed realtor who is highly skilled in selling luxury condominiums representing developers and resales for individuals, with whom she has worked for over 15 years, and closed more than $400 million in sales. 

 

She is excited to embark in single family real estate anywhere in Texas her clients take her, including LAKE LIFE where she and husband Whit of 21 years have a home on Cedar Creek Lake about an hour east from downtown Dallas. After living in the town of Highland Park, part of the enclave in Dallas knows as the Park Cities, for over 20 years, Donna is well qualified to curate your path to a life of luxury in this coveted high-end neighborhood. 

  

Donna started her real estate career in multi-family with Hamilton Properties in Dallas, Texas. She was then hired by mogul developer, Mehrdad Moayedi, to sell Residences at the Stoneleigh on Turtle Creek, as the Sales and Marketing Director. After selling out the Stoneleigh, Donna’s next venture was representing Jim Duggan, the managing partner of luxury condominiums Windrose Tower in Plano, Texas, as the Sales and Marketing Director. It is her knowledge, confidence, enthusiasm and sales and marketing technique, that landed her these roles and relationships she holds very dear and as a great privilege.

When not selling real estate, Donna enjoys helping several non-profits around the Henderson County through Pinnacle Women’s Club; spending time with daughter Paige, who just married in 2023, and her husband, Brodie, hosting BBQ’s and theme parties with friends; traveling; and sometimes just dropping anchor and reading a book under the blue sky on Cedar Creek Lake.
